"Aha!" moments in our first hypnosis session!

My hypnosis session with Christin was excellent! During our first session, Christin helped me so patiently and professionally, first using the issue that I thought I needed help with originally. She dug down even deeper with questions I would’ve never thought to ask myself honestly, and I came to a few “aha!” moments from just that alone. She helped me authentically and was very caring. I know work like this really helps me because I was having moments where I was tearing up a little, and that happens when I unveil certain issues that run deeper for me. The thing I loved most about Christin was how well she listened and communicated. I would most definitely work with her again for hypnosis or any life coaching needed, and I highly recommend her!
