Words can't truly describe the change Christin has helped me make in my life! I knew I wanted to feel whole and learn how to regulate my emotional outbursts... Being at my best was all I wanted for my little boy and myself. I had seen therapists in the past but no one really dove into the patterns and childhood wounds that I had held onto so tightly. I felt seen and heard and she didn't just listen to me, she taught me. I started to understand where my pain was coming from and how to work through it. I am a happier, healthier, stronger person because of the work we did together… My light is shining again and I will be forever grateful to Christin for helping me find that.

Christin has an unparalleled ability to get to the root of the matter swiftly, effectively, and most important to me, gently and compassionately. It is evident she cares deeply about her clients and is intentional in her practice. She held a space for me that is rare to find. Her level of skill and her ability to meticulously unmask the messy stuff I’d rather avoid, made finding a solution accessible and simple. I had multiple light bulb moments, which I find incredible rare these days. The process to creating solutions (which so far are quite successful!) was collaborative and enjoyable. As someone who considers myself a tough nut to crack, Christin got to the core of what was going on with me. This is truly a gift. Christin is both talented and passionate about empowering others on their healing journey. Having her as a teacher and coach is a blessing.

I've found my purpose and my light again! Christin helped me become more aware and understand myself, as well as where I needed more healthy boundaries in my life. I learned how to love and forgive myself, to find calmness and peace within myself. She gave me a lot of tools that have supported me in my healing process and have sustained my growth even after our sessions were complete. As a result, I feel more at peace in my life, like I can live in a more loving and compassionate way toward myself and others.

After talking with Christin, I was convinced I needed to open up about my deepest pains and family stresses. Though it feels like a burden to share such painful things, she offered me the tools and guidance that clearly helped me. We started with those problems and moved into understanding the deep feelings around it. I cannot tell you how much Christin helped. I can now look back at those painful and sad memories and not experience the same pain I had for over 3 decades. I look at them and they are soft, distant, released. I was in tears (good tears of relief) after every session. Christin, I’m so grateful to you, and I will always be thankful that you helped me. I can’t wait to make you proud of my growth!

The truth is, if you are experiencing effects from buried emotional wounds, you can't afford NOT to invest in this transformative work, because it has brought life-changing results in a very short period of time. This was a more than worthwhile investment. If you’re thinking about it, my advice is don't delay - just do it!

Christin helped me so patiently and professionally, first using the issue that I thought I needed help with originally. She dug down even deeper with questions I would’ve never thought to ask myself honestly, and I came to a few “aha!” moments from just that alone. She helped me authentically and was very caring. I know work like this really helps me because I was having moments where I was tearing up a little, and that happens when I unveil certain issues that run deeper for me. The thing I loved most about Christin was how well she listened and communicated. I would most definitely work with her again for any life coaching needed, and I highly recommend her!

Christin helped me to untangle the wires and get down to the actual problem that was causing the cascade of insecurities and stress… Afterward, I felt a sense of freedom from what was weighing me down when I came in. It felt like a breath of fresh air and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I went from being cemented in the past to being set off like a rocket ship into a future of possibilities. Thank you Christin!

I came to Christin because I had some major negative emotions which was stunting my growth … Christin and I worked together and I let go of all the resentment that I had. She provided me a safe space to be vulnerable, so I let all my feelings from the past out, and then let them go. I also saw a noticeable shift in my unwanted habits as well. I feel optimistic now and am able to move forward, knowing I will not be dragging the past into my future!
